Delivery & Return Policy
Your package will be delivered within 2 to 7 workdays after the date of order. Our products are being sent with the Swiss Post Office. The carriers might require a signature on delivery. They will leave a calling card or further information on where and when to pick up the package if you are not at home. Please note that we cannot change your shipping location after we have shipped your order or resent the package if you were not able to pick it up.
If you do not like your ordered products for any reasons, you can return the unworn goods within 10 days after receiving your order. The return costs must be borne by the ordering party. You can make someone else happy by giving them the product. The products must be unworn and the products must be labelled completely (hang tags/labels). Online orders cannot be returned in other stores.
Please provide the reason for your return and include it in the return package.

After we received your returned package, we will check all goods. If one product is not in original condition, we will send it back to you.
After reception the merchandise value will be fully refunded to your Bank or PayPal account or your credit card within 14 days if you meet the terms as described above. Please attach the required banking details. The cost of the replacement shipment has to be carried out at your expense. Please make sure the returned good are insured and the package is stamped sufficiently.
